This website provides information about Mesh Creation products and services. Product availability, features, timelines, fees, support and licence rights are confirmed only in a written proposal, order or agreement.

Intellectual property

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, purchasing a service, deployment or software licence does not transfer the copyright or ownership of Mesh Creation’s underlying reusable code, systems, designs or methods. Customer-specific ownership and usage rights are defined in the applicable agreement.

Estimates and scope

Any public description is indicative. Final deliverables, dependencies, exclusions, payment stages and acceptance criteria are documented before work begins.

Third-party services

Projects may depend on hosting, domains, plugins, APIs, payment gateways or other external services. Their availability, pricing and policies remain controlled by their providers.

Software licences and updates

A software purchase grants the licence rights described on the applicable product page or order. Unless expressly stated otherwise, licences are non-transferable, limited to the permitted number of sites and do not transfer copyright, source-code ownership or exclusive rights. Update and support access may end when the licence period expires, while the treatment of existing customer data remains product-specific.

Payments, renewals and digital delivery

Payment is considered complete only after verification by the payment provider and Mesh Creation systems. Renewal periods, taxes, gateway charges and digital delivery conditions are shown in the order flow or written proposal. A failed, reversed or unverified payment does not create a licence or delivery obligation.

Cancellations and refunds

Project cancellation, milestone refunds and digital-product refund eligibility are governed by the written proposal or product order and applicable law. Duplicate charges, technical delivery failures and payment reversals are reviewed using the payment reference and purchase email.

Limitation

Mesh Creation works to deliver reliable systems and responsible technical guidance, but no website or software system can be represented as permanently error-free or immune from third-party failures or attacks.
