Mesh Creation collects information you choose to provide through enquiry forms or Mesh Assistant, together with limited technical information needed to operate and protect this website. Site chat may store the conversation, page, referrer, country code and a short-lived keyed abuse-protection identifier; it does not store precise location or expose an IP address in the normal Admin workspace.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare scope or estimates, deliver requested services, maintain business records and protect the website against misuse. It is not sold to third parties.

Attribution information

When you submit an enquiry, the website may record the page used, the first referring page and campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign. This information is used only to understand how enquiries reach Mesh Creation and improve the website.

Service providers

Hosting, email, analytics, payment and communication providers may process limited information where necessary for their service. Their own policies also apply.

Email verification

Where a reply, quotation, detailed document or client-specific association is requested, Mesh Assistant may send a time-limited email code. The code is stored only as a secure hash and email is not described as verified until the code succeeds.

Payments and software licensing

Payment card or banking details are handled by the payment gateway rather than stored in the Mesh Creation website. For licensed products, Mesh Creation may retain the purchase email, payment reference, licence key, activation domain, validation history and expiry date to issue, recover and administer the licence.

Retention and requests

Enquiry, chat and project records are retained only for legitimate business, legal and support needs under internal retention controls. You may request correction or deletion through the contact form, subject to records that must be retained by law.
