Payments and software licensing

Payment card or banking details are handled by the payment gateway rather than stored in the Mesh Creation website. For licensed products, Mesh Creation may retain the purchase email, payment reference, licence key, activation domain, validation history and expiry date to issue, recover and administer the licence.

Retention and requests

Enquiry and project records are retained only for legitimate business, legal and support needs. You may request correction or deletion through the contact form, subject to records that must be retained by law.
