Privacy Policy

Mesh Creation collects information you choose to provide through enquiry forms or Mesh Assistant, together with limited technical information needed to operate and protect this website. Site chat may store the conversation, page, referrer, country code and a short-lived keyed abuse-protection identifier; it does not store precise location or expose an IP address in the normal Admin workspace.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare scope or estimates, deliver requested services, maintain business records and protect the website against misuse. It is not sold to third parties.

Attribution information

When you submit an enquiry, the website may record the page used, the first referring page and campaign parameters such as source, medium and campaign. This information is used only to understand how enquiries reach Mesh Creation and improve the website.

Affiliate links and advertising

Some Insights articles contain clearly labelled affiliate or contributor-referral links. Mesh Creation may earn from qualifying purchases or referrals. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Clicking a third-party link takes you to that provider, whose privacy and tracking policies apply. Links are not clicked or loaded as advertising trackers automatically.

BrandElevateHub is our stock-media business and is identified as such where linked. Advertising seller information is available in ads.txt. This does not by itself load an ad or create an advertising cookie. Any future display advertising will be limited to appropriate article placements and subject to the required consent controls; the existing analytics choice does not grant advertising consent.

Article likes and comments

Likes use a first-party browser identifier set when you interact. It lasts up to 180 days and helps remember your like; it is not a count of uniquely verified people. Comments require a one-time email verification code. The mail provider receives the address to deliver that code. The comment datastore keeps a keyed email identifier rather than the readable email address. Verification lasts seven days in that browser.

Your display name and comment become public only after moderation. Do not include private information in a comment. Codes expire after ten minutes; expired challenges are cleaned up within the next daily retention cycle when the feature is used. Short-lived keyed rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Pending and hidden comment text is removed after 90 days during routine use; approved comments remain published until withdrawn or removed. Moderation events are retained privately for accountability. Use the contact form for a privacy or removal request. Blog verification does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers

Hosting, email, analytics, payment and communication providers may process limited information where necessary for their service. Their own policies also apply.

Email verification

Where a reply, quotation, detailed document or client-specific association is requested, Mesh Assistant may send a time-limited email code. The code is stored only as a secure hash and email is not described as verified until the code succeeds.

Payments and software licensing

Payment card or banking details are handled by the payment gateway rather than stored in the Mesh Creation website. For licensed products, Mesh Creation may retain the purchase email, payment reference, licence key, activation domain, validation history and expiry date to issue, recover and administer the licence.

Retention and requests

Enquiry, chat and project records are retained only for legitimate business, legal and support needs under internal retention controls. You may request correction or deletion through the contact form, subject to records that must be retained by law.
