Yes. These numbers cover the ready asset-information records we import during the initial setup; they are not a maximum catalogue size. Future growth depends on your agreed platform and storage capacity. Additional migration, file transfers, metadata creation or cleanup, and video processing require a separate scope and quote.
Are you selling assets or building the website?
This page is for businesses that want their own media-selling website or private media library. To buy a photo, video or PNG licence, visit BrandElevateHub instead. Media assets are not automatically included with a website package.
Will a new website bring me buyers?
A platform supports your business; it does not guarantee demand or revenue. This offer is best suited to a rights-cleared collection and a clear audience or existing customers. Marketing and buyer acquisition are separate work.
Who owns the content, data and payment account?
Your content and business data remain yours, subject to any rights you have licensed from others. Customer payments use your approved merchant account. Software licensing, export formats and exit assistance are defined in the agreement; exclusive software ownership is not included by default.
What does monthly technical care include?
The agreed plan covers routine updates, monitoring, backup-job checks, incident triage and a defined support allowance. New features, regular content entry, unlimited design changes and third-party usage are not included unless specifically quoted.
Can you migrate my existing photos and footage?
Yes, as a scoped migration. We first check sample files, metadata structure, duplicates and rights information. Asset count and storage volume are measured separately. Cleaning incomplete metadata or processing a large video archive may require an additional quote.
Is the demo the same as my finished platform?
BrandElevateHub is a public stock-media website example. Your branding, deployment, permissions and any extra modules are agreed separately. A guided workflow demo can be arranged; no production administrator access or private customer data is shared.
