1. Web Hosting Services
If you’re not satisfied with our hosting services, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are not provided after this window.
2. Web Design & Development
Due to the customized nature of development work, we do not offer refunds once the project has commenced or design drafts have been shared.
3. Digital Tools or Online Courses (Self-paced or Downloadable)
All digital products, downloadable tools, and self-paced course enrollments are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
4. Instructor-led Educational Courses (Live Classes or Scheduled Programs)

Full Refund: If you’re not satisfied, you may request a 100% refund within 3 days of the course start date.

Partial Refund: If you request a refund within 50% of the course duration, you’ll be eligible for a 25% refund of the total course fee.

For example: If the course duration is 60 days, and the request is made within the first 30 days, you may receive 25% refund.

No Refund: After 50% of the course duration has passed, no refunds will be provided.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 72 hours to 7 days.
5. Subscription Plans
You may cancel any subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial use of subscription periods.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email [email protected] or submit your query through our Contact Page within the eligible time frame. Be sure to include your Order ID and the reason for the refund.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate our terms or fall outside of the refund eligibility criteria.
